I’m very tired to repeat …

I am tired, and so bored in repeating the same things to people who don’t believe that since more than ten years, Alpha Industries don’t produce anymore in the United States. They produce all their items in China, Vietnam and Egypt.
I am bored to listen the same phrase: “I bought my Alpha Industries jacket in the United States, so that it is original. The matter is not about the originality, but rather about the commercial choices of the production site, where to produce their goods.
About 10 years ago, Alpha Industries decided to produce the whole products line in China and Vietnam. And then?
These are commercial choices made by theirselves !!
What’s the reason why? I really don’t know. You should ask to them. Alpha Industries as any other producer, have the right to produce where they prefer. They are owner of their brand, as of their project, and they can charge anybody to make the production. Is it a right or wrong choice?
I don’t know, only they can be awares and responsibles of their choices.
I am really bored to repeat the same things to people that don’t believe even if they see by their own eyes the labels “Made in China”, attached to their racket.
For this reason, for the last time, I repeat:
Alpha Industries, exactly as the majority of American and European companies, doesn’t produce anymore surplus items in the United States, but only in China, Vietnam and Egypt.
This means that the items made in China by Alpha Industries ARE HOWEVER ORIGINAL !!
The only difference is that they are not made in the United States. This is only a normal commercial choice, as they produce in countries having lower production costs. They have their own reasons to do that.
As you and I we have our good reasons to choose where to buy an “old model” produced in the United States, rather than a new model produced in China or Vietnam.
This is really the last time that I repeat it, as I am very tired to be obliged to tell (or write) this matter continuously, time after time. I cannot give you confirmations, as I don’t have got new production jackets, and I don’t want ever get them. I am not interested in Chinese production, and I own only old series jackets Alpha Industries Made in Usa, of course they are not used, they are new ones!

Lo scorso 10 e 11 ottobre abbiamo partecipato con il nostro stand alla fiera militaria a Roma.
Personalmente mi sono molto divertito vedendo tutti gli oggetti e gli stand che erano presenti.
Più di 120 stand hanno partecipato alla mostra militaria presso l’hotel Ergife sull’Aurelia, ed ho fatto ottimi incontri. Ho potuto incontrare anche di persona molti miei clienti con i quali da tempo intrattengo rapporti sia di lavoro e, con alcuni, anche di amicizia per la comune passione verso i giubbotti Alpha Industries Made in USA che ci accomuna.
Nei pochi momenti liberi che ho avuto ho potuto scattare alcune foto memorabili che voglio presentarti qui in questo post.
La prima, e per me la più significativa è stata quella di un personaggio che indossava una fedele riproduzione dell’alta uniforme di Starace.
Un’altra foto molto bella che ho potuto scattare è stata questa di un signore con indosso la fedele riproduzione della uniforme di un soldato garibaldino
ed ho scattato molte altre foto stupende di riproduzioni di uniformi o uniformi originali e mezzi della prima e seconda guerra mondiale.

Contractual Terms
Affiliation Program of Fifth Avenue provides a request by the applicant Partners (henceforth referred to as’ Affiliated ‘), by completing the form available in the section’ Registration ‘. The subscription form membership in the tacit acceptance of the terms of the agreement
Agreement Terms
the Affiliation Program of Fifth Avenue aims to create a collaborative relationship between Fifth Avenue Affiliates requesting them. The aim is to forge a bond aimed at ensuring mutual benefits. Your purchase will be considered successful when the buyer has made regular payment of the due amount in Fifth Avenue, and 11 days have elapsed from the payment.
The gained commissions will be cleared within 15th day of the month following the purchase confirmation, provided there is a credit of at least 100 euros in its own account. The Affiliate can not make claims on products purchased and eventually credited transited from its site. The amount will be credited initially reversed by our operator. For their protection, the franchisee will be aware of the code of customer’s purchase. The agreement provides for the compilation so by Request Affiliate form (electronic form for membership) and the acceptance of commitments and clauses contained in it. Once completed and signed the form, press the SEND button to transmit it to Fifth Avenue. Fifth Avenue reserves the right to legal proceedings.
Will not be taken into consideration requests for websites with content that is obscene, pornographic, illegal, of poor quality. Will not be taken into consideration also sites that may in any way harm the image of the company Fifth Avenue. In this sense Fifth Avenue reserves the right to withdraw at any time, the agreement of affiliation, where the terms agreed are not respected, and the right to refer it to legal action, in circumstances where the conditions occur.
Rights and duties the franchisee
Once accepted the application, the Applicant becomes Affiliated to Fifth Avenue and receives a communication by e-mail with passwords to access the control panel. The Affiliate has absolute prohibition on carrying out SPAM activities or external reports to its website. If the Affiliated incur in technical or other problems, is required to contact the Fifth Avenue staff, in order to solve the problem under common goal to continuously ensure the proposed service. It is strictly prohibited to promote products and services of Fifth Avenue through spam, reports on newsgroups, chain letters, emails sent without prior authorization from the recipient, and any other submissions outside of its website and / or mailing list. In which case the franchisee intends to make an alert outside their own website and/or its mailing list or newsletters will do so only after prior written authorization of Fifth Avenue. Failure to comply with this clause involves the immediate cancellation of the Franchisee and the right to compensation for damages.
Privacy protection
Fifth Avenue undertakes to protect the privacy of its Affiliates under the former. Art. 10 law 675/96. The collected data are used exclusively by Fifth Avenue and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission. They will be used solely for informational purposes for news, offers and promotions. Fifth Avenue has an obligation to cooperate with the authorities in situations where laws or procedural rules require to provide the Affiliate information.
Possible disputes
Fifth Avenue is not responsible for any disruptions caused by technical errors or extraordinary events outside the will of the company. Jurisdiction for any dispute relating to this contract or the relationship between Affiliate and Fifth Avenue will be the Forum of Prato (Italy).
Agreement duration
Your agreement provides for a period of 1 calendar year. To withdraw from Affiliation Program will be necessary to give notice to Fifth Avenue at least 30 (thirty) days before the expiry of the agreement, by mail or by registered receipt return. The letter should be forwarded to Fifth Avenue c/o Fifth Avenue, via Baciacavallo 1 / d, 59100 Prato. In the absence of notice, the contract will be tacitly reconfirmed.
